No need to bring a cushion or yoga mat. We are sitting comfortably on chairs.

- Time: Start arriving around 10:45, begin at 11:00, end at 12:30. If you’ve never been there before, plan to arrive with 5-10 minutes to locate it, as it’s not a typical office building. It’s a mini-adventure.
- Venue: Janice’s lovely Self Centered Hypnotherapy and Reiki Clinic, main floor court of the Lougheed Village Apartments. Enter on the main floor and proceed to the centre of the mall where you will see a decorative original water pump and outdoor pond view. The Hypnotherapy Clinic is located facing both of these features.

And guess what? You get to practice meditating while you are listening to the workers drill in the underground parking lot ! (good practice!)”
- Skytrain: Take the Millennium Line to the Lougheed Station, walk back along Lougheed Hwy where you’ll see a Fitness 2000 sign on the right. That’s the vicinity of the clinic.
- Bring: Warm clothes in case you’re chilly
